Carrefour: your computer’s mechanics, without an appointment!

Carrefour, one of the leading companies in distribution, decided to offer to its customers a service that was beyond the collection and management of computer equipment for repairing. They wanted to expand its service with a technical department to repair the computers sold by them in their own shopping centers. However, staff and departmental management should be trusted in others who were more highly specialized.

SOSmatic has been the chosen provider to design, implement and manage the repair space dedicated for this purpose in their shopping precinct. Technical staff who attend the workshops belongs to SOSmatic and has been selected and trained specifically to meet the needs of the customers’ computers, most of which can be solved in the same day.

Carrefour’s workshops benefit from other services offered by SOSmatic as IT support at home, which able to move a specialist to a client's home within hours, or telephone and on-line support, to handle computer queries of a domestic nature to any time at day or night.

Given the excellent results of the workshops, Carrefour has agreed with SOSmatic an expansion plan so every Carrefour center has one.
